Child and Youth Core Mental Health Counselling

Our clinicians provide assessment, treatment and referrals for children and youth experiencing significant distress and impaired functioning at home, at school, with peers, or in the community.

Services are designed to promote the emotional health and well-being of children, youth and their families. The primary purpose of the service is to support and promote behavioural change and positive growth in children experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, a mental health problem, mental illness or mental disorder. Early identification and intervention leads to improved school achievement and better health outcomes.

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
