Why work at LDCSS?

LDCSS offers full and part time as well as casual terms of employment. All employment terms are based on the BCGEU Collective Agreement and include;

  • EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION – fair wages, regular increments
  • HOURS OF WORK – Full time: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

                                 Part time: 20 hours or less per week

                                 Casual: Flexible hours / on call

  • FLEXTIME – provides flexibility in a permanent full time employee’s schedule.
  • EMPLOYEE BENEFITS which include;
